Refreshing, hydrating, cold iced tea is available at Heritage Bakery & Cafe, a business located at 212 South Main St. in downtown Harrisonburg, Virginia.
The atmosphere at HBC was warm inside and homey. Customers can watch the employees baking and brewing everything they serve. The restaurant will make customers think of a dining room at home and the orders that are served at the kitchen like at home.
The service at HBC was excellent. The customers meet kindness at the door. While the line is long and slow, once the customer is being served they are quickly greeted with their order. Most orders were fast and efficient after that point.
The Iced Sweet Tea was satisfactory. When the customer is looking for a refreshing drink to be hydrated, it does the job but the taste is nasty. They did not use the right kind of tea bags to make Iced Tea that satisfied the customer.
Additionally, there were paper straws instead of plastic straws that most people wouldn’t enjoy, but the price of the products satisfies the customers.
Compared to a Starbucks Tall Iced Tea, which costs $2.45, Heritage charges a reasonable price of $2.85, which goes with a free refill.
Overall, the experience at HBC was amazing and worth visiting again. However, a purchase of the Iced Sweet Tea will leave a customer unsatisfied.
